Christine Bernardi wins "Regensburger Onkologiepreis 2024"

Christine Bernardi is awarded 3rd place at the "Regensburger Onkologiepreis 2024"

Following the yearly congress "Highlights vom Amerikanischen Krebskongress - Neues in der Therapie gegen Krebs" (highlights from the American cancer congress - news in cancer therapy) in the University Hospital Regensburg, at which medical professionals and scientists come together to discuss current trends in cancer research, the conference honoured the best scientific publications in the field of oncology. 

Christine Bernardi, member in the BayWISS Joint Academic Partnership Health, was awarded third place in the clinical category together with Dr. Daniel Heudobler. The congress honoured her work on strategy developments to prevent uninformed consent in clinical trials with cancer patients.
